I am honored to represent Assembly District 24 in the Nevada State Assembly! It is official now - I will be on the ballot in November 2016 to retain this seat! I look forward to meeting more of my constituents during this campaign season and appreciate the support of my neighbors and volunteers. If you have not already, please join my list to volunteer or donate to my campaign!
The 2015 Legislative Session ended on June 1, 2015. During the session, I supported legislation that will help Nevada's working families, and I will continue to fight to protect and expand the middle class. I am passionate about finding solutions to problems facing young people, especially in the areas of education and health. At the other end of the life spectrum, I also want to ensure that folks have the services they need as they age. Check out more of the important policies I advocated for with my colleagues at http://nevadablueprint.com
I had the privilege of serving on three important policy committees that addressed policies I care deeply about: The Assembly Committee on Education, Assembly Committee on Health & Human Services, and Assembly Committee on Government Affairs. I have also been appointed to the National Conference of State Legislatures' Education Committee.
I am devoted to making our community the best possible place to live and work, and now that we are in the interim between legislative sessions I continue to respond to constituent requests for information and help in any way I can. I look forward to meeting you and hearing your ideas! Please don't hesitate to call or e-mail me at 775-338-6733 (cell) or firstname.lastname@example.org
